In short, yes, but that’s 1% of what our product does. Video is just a process enabler with automation built in to speed up the process. That’s all great, but if you just put your poor process onto a video platform, it doesn’t solve the underlying issue. We solved the underlying problem first and provided video enablement, as well as voice, and face to face, to give a coherent solution no matter how the interview is delivered.

Product training is one thing. Our product has been designed so intuitively that you don’t even need training to start to use it, however, all product training is provided via the training tab. Furthermore, we provide over seven hours of online training in our interview methodology which goes way beyond what you will find elsewhere. How do we know this? This is based on a book written by our founder that goes deep into the science of candidate selection in a way that’s never been done before. All of your hiring managers can really learn how to get better at interviewing.

If your existing ATS or CRM has an API marketplace, which most do, we can seamlessly integrate. If we haven’t completed the integration before, our developers will make a special exception, free of charge, and do a new integration.
